  CHAPTER 5  :  ORGANISING (സംഘാടനം ) Organising is the process of arranging people and physical resources to carry out plans and accomplish Organisational objectives. ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ കൈവരിക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ വിഭവങ്ങൾ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതാണ്  സംഘാടനം.     Types of Plans :പ്ലാനുകളുടെ തരങ്ങൾ An organization has to prepare a plan before making any decision related to business operations. These plans can be classified into single-use plans and standing plans. പദ്ധതികളെ ഒറ്റ ഉപയാഗ പദ്ധതികളായും സ്റ്റാൻഡിംഗ് പ്ലാനുകളായും തരംതിരിക്കാം. (I )Single use plan (  ഒറ്റ ഉപയാഗ പദ്ധതി):  It is developed for a one-time event or project. Such a course of action isnot likely to be repeated in future.
