Impact of Government Policy Changes on Business and Industry (ഗവൺമെൻ്റ് നയത്തിലെ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ ബിസിനസ് വ്യാവസായിക മേഖലകളിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ പ്രത്യാഘാതങ്ങൾ)

(i) Increasing Competition ( വർദ്ധിച്ച മത്സരം): There is a tough competition between multinationals and there is also competitions between Indian enterprises and foreign enterprises. പുതിയ നയത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി വിവിധ വിദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലും ,ഇന്ത്യൻ- വിദേശ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലും കടുത്ത മത്സരം വർദ്ധിച്ചു.

(ii) More Demanding Customers (കൂടുതൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ ) : Customers today become more demanding because they are well-informed. ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ തങ്ങൾക്കിഷ്ടമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങളും സേവനങ്ങളും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുവാൻ തുടങ്ങി.

(iii) World Class Technology (ലോകോത്തര സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ): Changes in government policy regarding business and industry has provided us with world class technology. സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയിലെ

മുന്നേറ്റം മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ, പ്രക്രിയകൾ എന്നിവ നൽകി.

(iv) Necessity for Change (മാറേണ്ടതിൻ്റെ ആവശ്യകത ):  After 1991, the market forces have become turbulent as a result of which the enterprises have to continuously modify their operations. 1991 നു ശേഷം വിപണി ശക്തികൾ കൂടുതൽ ശക്തിയാർജിച്ചു. അതിൻ്റെ ഫലമായി  സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് അവരുടെ പ്രവർത്തന രീതികളിൽ തുടർച്ചയായി മാറ്റം വരുത്തേണ്ടത് അനിവാര്യമായി.

(v) Need for Developing Human Resource (മനുഷ്യവിഭവശേഷി വികസിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിൻ്റെ അവശ്യകത ):  The new market conditions requires people with higher competence and greater commitment. വിപണിയിലെ പുതിയ അവസ്ഥകൾ കൂടുതൽ കഴിവും  പ്രതിബദ്ധതയുമുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരെ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

(vi) Market Orientation ( വിപണി സംബന്ധിയായത്):  Today firms are market oriented. They research the market, need and wants of consumers and then they produce good accordingly. ഇന്നത്തെ ബിസിനസ് വിപണി സംബന്ധിയായതാണ്. അതായത് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ആദ്യം പഠിക്കുകയും അതിനനുസരിച്ച് ഉൽപ്പനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക.

(vii) Loss of Budgetary Support to Public Sectors ( പൊതു മേഖലക്കുള്ള  ബജറ്റ് പിന്തുണ നഷ്ടമായി):  The government’s budgetary support for financing the public sector has declined over the years. പൊതുമേഖലക്ക് ഗവൺമെൻ്റ് നൽകിയിരുന്ന ബജറ്റ് പിന്തുണയിൽ കാര്യമായ കുറവുണ്ടായി. തദ്ഫലമായി നിലനില്പ്പിനും വളർച്ചക്കും കാര്യക്ഷമമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കണമെന്ന അവബോധം പൊതുമേഖലക്കുണ്ടായി.
